Rod Raymond (M.Ed., ACE) is one of a few Master Personal Trainers in the country and has been in the business of helping others achieve their dreams and strive for optimal health for over 15 years.

He is the wellness director at the University of Minnesota, a 20-time Ironman Triathlon, owner of five highly successful businesses and an author of several books and videos.

Rod was a two-time Olympic trials participant, an international endurance champion and was noted among the fittest athletes in the world by two different publications after his victory in one of the World's toughest races - the Swiss Gigathlon.

Rod has shared his philosophy that life should be lived "inside out vs. outside in" to thousands of people throughout the world with his books, videos and seminars.

He is the owner of the successful Fitger's Brewhouse, Red Star Club, Burrito Union and Old City Hall. He has written several books including: Quick Fitness and Marathlon training guides as well as his DVD series: "Be Your Own Personal Trainer." Rod is a father and supports many organizations promoting meaningful things.
